Bus The M23 bus, which runs crosstown along 23rd Street, drops off in Chelsae Piers — just steps away from the Spirit of New York! Take any local train to 23rd Street and transfer to the M23. However, during rush hour, this bus is slow. Leave early if you plan to take the bus!
