The local Harlem Community Boards (9,10,11, & 12) have organized a Homelessness in Harlem: ACT Now – Achieving Community Together Forum on May 5 from 6-9 PM at the National Black Theater. We will reveal our homeless statement of need and have various housing organizations and department of homeless services (DHS) officials discuss solutions for Harlem’s homeless.
